Happy New Year Everybody! Can you figure this out? It took me a little over a week to post this! Well, I just said to myself that any new year felicitations after today would be too late,so I'd better be done with it anyway.
Here is my main thought for today: Eggs....life is like an egg. The lives of people are like eggs. How do treat people on a daily basis? Is kindness our watchword? Do we choose our words carefully? Or are we caustic in speech? Food for thought you might say....I mean what you've just read and not the EGGS!
I love to cook for people that love to eat. So below is my special recipe for those that to love cook:
Lisa's Lunch(Enough for a twosome)
Ingredients:
3 120g packs of noodles with seasonings
5 eggs
1 medium onion(chopped)
2 flat cooking spoons of oil
Things you'll need:
A heavy frying pan
A sauce pan
A good turner
A spaghetti spoon
A fork and a soup bowl
Method:
1. Put the noodles to cook according to the instructions on the packet, reserving
one pack of the seasonings.
2.Heat oil in frying pan,break eggs into soup bowl,add the reserved noodle seasoning.
3. Beat the eggs with fork,add chopped onion and fry in oil.
4. Lower heat to enable the eggs set moist.
5. When fairly set, gently fold to trap the moist part of the egg.
6. Fold into a rectangle and section with turner.
7. Serve immediately with freshly done noodles.
